Zagreb Stock Exchange named members of Disciplinary Committee according to Zagreb Stock Exchange rules. Committee consist of 7 members and one is elected as president of Disciplinary Committee. Committee is appointed by Board of directors on Zagreb Stock Exchange for a term of 2 years.
In forthcoming period Committee activities will be volontery. Committee members apointed by Exchange’s management, dated September 18, 2009, are :

1. doc.dr.sc. Hrvoje Markovinović – Committee president, Profesor of Faculty of Law of the University of Zagreb;
2. prof.dr.cs. Alen Stojanović – member, Profesor of Faculty of Economics and Business Zagreb ;
3. dr.sc. Siniša Petrović – member from ranks of arbitrator on the list of Permanent Arbitration Court of the Croatian Chamber of Economy; Profesor of Faculty of Law of the University of Zagreb
4. Suzana Lončar – member proposed by the Association for Business and Intermediation on the Financial Markets within the Croatian Chamber of Economy ; President of Board of directors in Credos d.o.o.
5. Branka Vladetić – member proposed by the Association of Pension Fund Management and Pension Insurance Companies; legal profession i compliance officer u AZ Investment fund;
6. Danijel Miletić - member proposed by the Association of Investment Fund Management Companies; Director in FIMA Global Invest d.o.o.;
7. Tomislav Gračan – member of Exchange’s management.
